Discrepancy Reporting

In case of a discrepancy, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has checked and determined the issue. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Customer Expectations

If you feel that the product is not as per your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days. After reviewing your complaint, the team will take an appropriate decision.

Refunds

In case of any refunds approved by DCE Technology, the refund process will take 6-8 days to complete.
